FAQs
We’re required to have an IS-BAO Audit, and we’re a little nervous… Help!!
Relax – this is exactly what we do, and why we are sought after for these. We conduct IS-BAO Audits, and we’ll help prep you for the audit as well. We have the experience – and the demeanor - you are looking for (we have owned and operated a successful aviation company, so we know what you go through.)
Conversely, we just need an IS-BAO Audit (no consulting / prep needed) – can you do that?
Sure, we’d be happy to. If you need just an audit, we’d be happy to schedule one for you.
How long does a typical audit take?
Normally, it will take anywhere from four to six weeks (this is from the time of the planning meeting to registration.) The onsite audit itself can vary. Let’s use a common example: for a three-plane department, having up to twelve people in the department, usually takes four or five days. And it can vary from there (although that should give you a solid starting point.) We’re a small, focused, and personal company, so we conduct only one audit at a time - there is no auditor shuttle, and our focus is on YOU and you alone.
We would like an internal assessment / audit developed to our standards. Can you do that?
Absolutely. We’ll work with you however you see fit. For example, is your safety up to par, or can you do things better? We’ll find out, and we have the recognized credentials that back our findings.
We have a variety of aircraft, including helicopters. Can you still work with us in terms of consulting and operations?
Yes, we can. We can work with almost any private aviation firm and help them become more profitable.
We need help with operational aspects, like scheduling, dispatch, logistics, etc. Can you help us there?
Indeed we can. For example, we’ve developed a base program for Flight Department and Dispatch, which specializes in developing companies existing business tools to increase productivity, sales, and safety.
We run at peak efficiency, and we do a great job. But nobody knows about us. Can you help?
Getting to and from destinations on time (and safely) is only half the battle. Sales and Marketing are huge parts of a successful aviation operation. And we’re experts at it. We’ll be happy to assist you with any aspect of this often-misunderstood business component.
